Jackson Turnley
BS, MHSc, Registered Osteopath

Jackson has a strong passion for patient centred care and uses a combination of dynamic postural assessment, palpation of ligaments and support tissue as well as movement patterning to guide his approach.

Jackson’s goal of treatment is to structurally support and alleviate strained tissue through improving joint mobility, changing central or peripheral neural stimuli and loosening/tightening myofascial slings.

Common treatment techniques include myofascial massage, joint mobilisation/mobilisations with movement (MWM), joint manipulation, muscle energy techniques, dry needling and cupping, as well as gentler indirect techniques and exercise prescription.

Jackson sees himself as a bit of an ‘all-rounder’ treating a vast array of ailments, but specifically enjoys seeing neck driven headaches, rotator cuff/shoulder pathologies, lower lumber/pelvic pain and scoliotic patients.

When not at work you’ll find Jackson running around after his 3 daughters, spending as much time as possible at the beach and offering very valuable insights and coaching suggestions to the Geelong football club (from his couch at home of course).
